📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty and skincare advice to clients, helping them achieve their desired results.
• Analyze clients' skin and hair concerns to recommend personalized treatments and products.
• Manage client appointments, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment histories and product recommendations.
• Work closely with our team of dermatologists and aestheticians to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
• Promote our clinic's services and products to new and existing clients, both in-person and online.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry, and share this knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to the overall success of the clinic by fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in beauty, cosmetology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a beauty consultant, aesthetic advisor, or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, and beauty treatments, with a passion for helping clients achieve their desired results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using beauty and skincare software, such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Certification in beauty or skincare, such as a license from a reputable cosmetology school or a certification from a recognized beauty organization.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
