📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of facilities to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or breakdowns that may arise in the facilities.
• Implement improvements and upgrades to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the facilities.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that maintenance schedules are met and that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce waste and improve sustainability.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.
• Provide technical support and advice to other team members as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as FM:pro, BuildingWorks, or similar.
• Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
