📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive nursing curriculum that aligns with national and international standards.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of faculty members to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to students, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with industry partners and healthcare professionals to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and practical.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing academy, including administrative tasks and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with institutional accreditation standards and regulations.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive the growth and success of the academy.
• Represent the academy at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in nursing education, preferably in a leadership role.
• Certification as a Nursing Educator or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing curriculum development and educational standards.
• Proven track record of successful curriculum implementation and student outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
