📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage scholarship programs to support students' academic pursuits.,Conduct market research to identify potential scholarship recipients and partners.,Collaborate with stakeholders to secure funding and resources for scholarship programs.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of scholarship programs to ensure they meet their objectives.,Prepare and present reports on program progress and outcomes to stakeholders.,Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, donors, and other stakeholders.,Participate in fundraising activities to support scholarship initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development, scholarship management, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of education systems and scholarship programs.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
