NOKIA Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and developing our branch operations.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our branch meets all performance targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Manage and develop a team of staff
  • Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on branch performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Represent the company at internal and external meetings
  • Ensure the branch meets all regulatory and legal requirements

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role
  • Strong knowledge of branch operations and management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with telecommunication industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
