📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Ensure the branch's financial performance is in line with company targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
