📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products

Work closely with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency

Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation

Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our technical documentation meets their needs

Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in technical writing

Strong writing and editing skills

Familiarity with software development processes and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
