📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
