📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Monitoring and reviewing financial and operational processes.,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Familiarity with internal control frameworks and risk management principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
