📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs and workshops to employees and stakeholders.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments and create training plans based on identified requirements.,Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance and support to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
