📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and well-maintained.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in kitchen improvement initiatives and cost control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of local and international cuisine.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
