📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
