Hokian Hendra Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading dental clinic in Garut.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus.
