📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant courses or workshops.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.,Understanding of the automotive industry and its specific training needs is a plus.
