📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and manage life insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their insurance needs and answering their queries.,Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and promote new insurance products.,Monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to your work.,Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance product implementation or a related role.,Strong knowledge of life insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with insurance software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
