📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations.,Train and mentor junior staff on logistics best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Knowledge of English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
