📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
