📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage recruiting projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Set project goals, timelines, and budgets, and track and report on project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in recruiting.
  • Mentor and develop recruiters and other team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and project management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing recruiting projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for recruiting and a commitment to Stripe's mission.
