📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations and ensuring smooth daily activities.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store events and promotions.,Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistent brand standards across all locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail operations is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
