📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to logistics team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems and warehouse management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
