Sun Nest Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. This is a remote position based in Denpasar, Bali. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.,Assist in the sales process by promoting products and answering customer inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in marketing activities such as promotions, displays, and social media engagement.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and sales trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with marketing and sales techniques.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.,Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends.
