📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners in the Pematangsiantar region.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Pematangsiantar.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must; English proficiency is a plus.
