Lead and oversee capacity planning activities to ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing resources.,Analyze production data and trends to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies for capacity optimization, including workforce scheduling, equipment utilization, and material flow optimization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to capacity planning and optimization.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior industrial engineers and production staff.,Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in industrial engineering and capacity planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
