Develop and implement a cold calling strategy to generate leads and appointments in the US real estate market.,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing them with valuable information and addressing their needs.,Close deals by effectively presenting our real estate offerings and negotiating terms.,Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a coordinated approach to lead generation and conversion.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.,Attend and participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and close deals.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
