As a Senior Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle cash transactions and manage store registers.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Participate in store training and development programs.,Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.,Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Previous experience in a similar role at Urban Place Indonesia is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
