🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS and legal management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
