📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its employees.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all warehouse activities.
  • Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety and security regulations.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours, if necessary.
