This role is crucial in supporting our company's growth and ensuring timely delivery of goods to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.,Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to company policies.,Handle warehouse security and loss prevention measures to protect company assets.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, and logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
