📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of onboard service facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Monitor and maintain service equipment using SAP and Oracle, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the service facilities promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute service upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards for onboard service facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the service facilities.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service facilities and processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine services or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting onboard service facilities.
- Familiarity with SAP and Oracle is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic maritime environment.
- Valid certification in marine services or a related field is a plus.
