Every day, you will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that transactions are processed seamlessly, from initial inquiry to final delivery. Using tools like Salesforce and our in-house transaction management system, you will track and manage transaction workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize transaction processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve transaction issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze transaction data using Salesforce and our in-house transaction management system.
• Identify bottlenecks in transaction workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of transaction processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction operations.
• Provide training and support to new team members on transaction processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in transaction management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, transaction management, or a related role.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other transaction management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in transaction management or a related field is a plus.
