As an EV Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our electric vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and software. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of our vehicles and processes. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and diagnose electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and software such as CANape and CANoe.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure vehicles meet regulatory and company standards.
• Provide technical support and training to other technicians and staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vehicle performance and efficiency.
• Work in a team environment to support the overall operations of the workshop.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive or EV repair and maintenance.
• Certification in electric vehicle technology or a related field.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software such as CANape and CANoe.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components in electric vehicles.
• Familiarity with battery management systems and charging infrastructure.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with engineers and other technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards for electric vehicles.
