📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular internal audits to assess financial compliance and identify risk areas.
• Analyze financial data using tools like Excel and Power BI to identify trends and anomalies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of corrective actions to address identified risks.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to other teams on financial compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or financial compliance.
• Certification in Internal Auditing (CIA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, and other financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
