📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with company vision and values.
• Manage employee performance through regular reviews and feedback sessions.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and concerns.
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR for efficient HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the garment manufacturing industry.
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
