📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP software to maintain optimal stock.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best possible rates for logistics services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and other logistics management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for logistics and supply chain operations.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar methodology is a plus.
